Stacked rocks
According to some legends stick Indians are responsible for the stacked rocks we sometimes find on the coast and beaches of the Pacific northwest. These odd stacking of rocks are a puzzle. Why? Who? maybe we will never know.
Here we have a wet, rocky beach of the pacific Northwest with stacked rocks and an aurora borialus ligting the scene.
Acrylic on non-stretched canvas.
