I have finally started painting on my banana eaters series.
My hope was to have been almost done with it by now, but I have had a lot going on and ended up letting this project simmer on the back burner so to say.
Sadly because I have a lot of work and have paintings to get ready for a few upcoming shows this project will end up remaining on the back burner for the duration, but it is going to get done.
(slowly, but surely)
Though I have enough reference material, (photos) I wouldn’t mind adding to the series since it is now not going to have a final completion date set in stone. So… if you are local and would like to model for it please just stop in or contact me via my form.

This painting is basically the style / format I am doing the entire series in.
Originally I had planned on doing some other things too, but once I actually got going I thought this was the way to go.
